Posted: April 13, 2021

Four of the top arms on the mound from 2020 are back in the fold for the 2021 season.

Brad Rindfleisch (UW-Stout alum), Jared Reklaitis (UW-Milwaukee alum), Davis Wilson (Marian University), and Noah Imrie (Marian University) are the first signees of the 2021 season, announced by A’s General Manager Denny Moyer.

Rindfleisch is back for his thrid season with the team, and is coming off an impressive season that saw him named the club’s co-Most Valuable Pitcher after going 5-0 with a 1.43 ERA in 10 games. He was also named the Wisconsin State League’s Most Valuable Pitcher for the 2020 summer.

Reklaitis is back for his second full season with the team, and third total. Reklaitis appeared in five games last summer, going 1-2 with a 3.37 ERA, striking out 22 in 18.2 innings of work. Reklaitis stared at UW-Milwaukee, setting the team’s single-season strikeout record with 104 in 2019, recording the most strikeouts in a single game (15) and most games started in a season (18). Reklaitis earned Second Team All-Horizon League his senior year after leading the league in strikeouts and wins.

2020 newcomers Wilson and Imrie, both of Marian University, are back and look to build off of their successful debut campaigns.

Wilson, who transferred to Marian from Bethel University, went 2-1 with a 1.78 ERA in seven games on the mound last season. He also saw some action in the infield at second base, hitting .150 in 17 games.

A big body, Imrie stands 6-5 with a 255lb frame. The righty from Hubertus, WI ended the season with a 2.83 ERA in nine appearances (four starts), collecting 25 strikeouts in 28.2 innings.
