Storms throughout the day in the Fox Valley forced the postponement of the A's and Legends game Thursday evening.

The totals in the runs, hits and errors columns rose dramatically as Wednesday night’s game progressed, mostly to the benefit of the Sheboygan A’s. The A’s cruised to a 14-4 victory over the Oshkosh Giants before a good crowd at Wildwood Park Wednesday night.

The Sheboygan A's exorcised its recent demons with a 6-4 win over Menasha. The A's were coming off back-to-back losses against West Bend and Green Bay, and desperately needed to right the ship if they wanted to continue to compete for a first round bye in the impending NEWBL playoffs.

Harry Steldt, who pitched nine innings in 2011 and another inning in 2014, drew the short straw and got to start at Manitowoc Tuesday night. He not only started, he just about finished. Steldt went 8 2/3 innings against the Bandits and posted a 7-3 victory.

For the fourth straight time and the 13th time in the last 17 meetings the, Menasha Macs beat the Sheboygan A’s. Monday's final was 6-2.
