What’s on Deck: Christmas in July Thursday; Fan Appreciation Night and Strike Out Hunger Thursday

Posted: July 26, 2021

The Sheboygan A’s open up NEWBL Tournament play tonight in Appelton as they face the Appleton Legends. The NEWBL Tournament is a round-robin format this year.

The A’s will then play then Menasha Macs at home Tuesday in a weeknight doubleheader beginning at 6:30 PM. Game one of the doubleheader will count as a regular-season game (as a makeup from a previous rainout), and game two will be the round-robin tournament game.

Tuesday is Christmas in July presented by the Sheboygan Optimist Club. Santa will be making a special off-season visit to Wildwood Park and will have some gifts for kids in attendance.

Thursday, the NEWBL Tournament continues as the A’s host the Greater Green Bay Blue Ribbons. It’s Fan Appreciation Night Thursday, with extra prize giveaways all game long to our fans. It’s also another Strike Out Hunger game in partnership with the Sheboygan County Food Bank. Fans who donate two cans of soup at the entrance will get a free general admission ticket into the game.

Tickets for all remaining regular-season home games are on sale now.
