A’s Take 3 of 4 From Burlington to Climb Back to .500 in WSL

The Sheboygan A’s defeated the Burlington Barons three times in their four game weekend set to climb back to .500 in Wisconsin State League action. They are now 11-11 in WSL play, and 24-17 overall.

Burlington took game one Saturday by a final score of 6-4. The A’s then responded with an 8-7 victory in Burlington to split Saturday’s doubleheader. On Sunday, the A’s swept Burlington 7-1 and 2-0.

The A’s hit the road to Appleton Tuesday, then will be home Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The Sheboygan A's are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League. The A's have helped develop more than 43 players that have reached professional baseball, including 2002 World Series Champion Jarrod Washburn (Anaheim Angels).
