The Sheboygan A’s dropped Friday night’s tilt to West Allis 6-2 at Wildwood Park.

Despite being short-handed, the A’s were keeping the game close, trailing only 2-1 entering the eighth, before the Nationals pulled away, scoring two in the eighth and ninth for the win.

Brad Rindfleisch did everything he could to help keep the short-handed A’s in the game. He threw 173 pitches over eight innings while also getting four plate appearances.

The A’s are in Burlington today for a 1 PM doubleheader, before heading back to Wildwood Sunday for another 1 PM doubleheader against the Barons.

The Sheboygan A's are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League.
