In their second postseason tournament game, the A’s weren’t able to put up a single run against the Menasha Macs in a 3-0 loss.

Sheboygan now has a 1-1 record in the tournament with just two games left to play.

Menasha held Sheboygan to just three hits, and two of those came from Ross Krist when he singled in the first inning, as well as the fifth inning. Brad Rindfleisch was also able to find success against Menasha’s pitcher Donovan Schultz when he singled in the fourth inning.

Schultz struck out 14 Sheboygan batters, and was able to strand multiple runners in scoring position.

Following an off day Wednesday, the A’s will travel to Appleton on Thursday to take on the Appleton Legends, and head back home to host the Greater Green Bay Blue Ribbons on Friday to close out the 2020 season.
