Posted: June 21, 2017

SHEBOYGAN, WI- Josh Moses went 4-for-4 as his hot streak at the plate continued and Harry Steldt collected his 300th hit to lead the Sheboygan A’s to a 6-3 Wisconsin State Baseball League win over the West Allis Nationals Tuesday night.

The A’s did not have the lead the entire game, however. The Nationals took the lead in the first inning with a home run by Johnny Keane. The game was then tied 3-3 at one point in the fifth inning before the A’s bats took over the lead for good.

Moses’ 4-for-4 included a pair of doubles, two runs scored and one driven in. Over the last six games, Moses has gone 17-for-24.  Steldt went 2-for-3 with a double and a run batted in. Zac Cain and Brad Young both collected two hits on the night.

The Nationals had a total of eight hits, including two home runs.

Derek Loomans got the win for the A’s after pitching six innings and Mitch Gardner got the save. Chad Tindall took the loss for the Nationals as well as suffered one of the three balls collected by the teams pitching staff.

The A’s are in action again tonight against Green Bay at Wildwood Baseball Park.
