A’s announce 55-game schedule

Posted: January 28, 2013

The return of the All-Star Game, the Wisconsin State League Challenge and a total of 34 home dates highlight the 2013 Sheboygan A’s Schedule.

It all starts on Wednesday May 29, when the A’s host the Menasha Macs at Wildwood Baseball Park.

The club will host the Northeastern Wisconsin League vs. Langsdorf League of Southeastern Wisconsin All-Star game on Friday July 5, and the Wisconsin State League Challenge on July 12-14 when all six State League clubs will be in town. The tournament will be played at Wildwood and on both diamonds at the Field of Dreams.

The A’s will once again be competing in three leagues this season, the Wisconsin State League, Northeastern Wisconsin League and the Langsdorf League of Southeastern Wisconsin and have a 55-game regular season set. The Langsdorf League playoff gets under way on July 25 and the Northeastern Wisconsin League playoff on Aug. 5. The Langsdorf playoffs involve the top five teams and the NEW the top four so the A’s will have to finish up in the standings to qualify for playoffs.

Orders for season tickets are being accepted now. General admission season tickets sell for $30, grandstand season tickets for $40 and box seat season tickets for $50. Mail order tickets should be accompanied by a check payable to Sheboygan Athletic Club and sent to PO Box 32, Sheboygan, WI 53082-0032.
