Tonight’s Game Canceled

The Sheboygan A’s game against the Oshkosh Giants tonight has been canceled due to rain.

No make up date has been determined.

The A’s next play on Wednesday, against Green Bay. Wednesday is Bud Light Night with an array of prizes including a 19-inch LCD HDTV, Road America NASCAR Nationwide tickets and an array of hats and shirts donated by Larry’s Distributing will also be given away.

On Thursday, when Sheboygan hosts De Pere at 7:30 p.m., the A’s will raise money for one of their former players and a current South High volunteer assistant baseball coach, Mark Reinemann. Gate receipts and proceeds from raffles and auctions will be given to the Reinemann family. Mark is in Baltimore where he is set to undergo major cancer surgery today.

The A’s will also be welcoming the Meals on Wheels volunteers that night along, with Cub Scout Pack 3827.

Too Cool plays today and Wednesday and Thursday is Buddy Holly Night.

The Sheboygan A's are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League. The A's have helped develop more than 43 players that have reached professional baseball, including 2002 World Series Champion Jarrod Washburn (Anaheim Angels).
