The Schilter Brothers, Jake Ristow and Phil Kramsky have rejoined the Sheboygan A’s for the 2010 season.

Matt and Ryan Schilter hail from West Bend and are currently playing Concordia Wisconsin University. Matt, a second baseman, and Ryan, a catcher, are currently hitting .344 and .339, respectively for Concordia.

Matt returns for his third year as the A’s starting second baseman. He was the Sine Qua Non Award winner in 2008 and let the team in stolen bases and total chances last season. He has a .297 career average in 114 games with the A’s.

Ryan, a catcher who can play several other positions, rejoins the club after coming up following his highly successful high school season last year. As a high school senior at West Bend, he was first team all-conference, all area, all district, all-state, conference player of the year, state player of the year and Journal-Sentinel player of the year.

Like Ryan Schilter, Ristow joined the A’s following his senior season with the Sheboygan American Legion team. Ristow hails from Sheboygan South where he played on the varsity in all four of his seasons and played on the Legion Varsity for three seasons. He is currently playing on the UW Madison Club Team. He is a pitcher and infielder.

Kramsky, a catcher, is back for his third year with the club. He is currently at UW-Stevens Point, but has not seen much action there. He has hit .282 in 66 games over two seasons with the A’s.

On May 27 A’s open a 55-game season that is loaded with special events, including an appearance on July 26 by the United States Military All-Stars. Season tickets can be ordered by writing to the club at P.O. Box 32, Sheboygan, WI 53082. Cost is $30 for general admission, $40 for grandstand, and $50 for box seats.
