Wednesday night's scheduled NEWBL game between Sheboygan and Appleton was rained out. A makeup date is still being determined.
A’s Score 7 in Bottom of the 8th to Beat Kewaskum
An eventful, back-and-forth game Tuesday night was played between the A's - Sheboygan A's and the Kewaskum A’s. Trailing 4-2 going into the bottom of the 8th inning, the Sheboygan A’ s opened the frame with a walk and an unsuccessful fielder’s choice and then had six straight hits to score seven runs and take a 9-5 win over Kewaskum in Northeastern Wisconsin League play.
July 7th Game Rescheduled for July 28
The rained out game against the West Allis Nationals, originally scheduled on July 7th, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 28th at Wildwood Park. Game time will remain at 7:30 PM.
A’s and Kings Split for Second Time in Two Days
The Kenosha Kings employed last inning heroics to win game one Sunday, but the Sheboygan A’ s were in control all the way in game two to record their second doubleheader split in as many days.
A’s End Losing Streak with Resounding Win
Fletcher Dallas came off the bench and hit a pair of 3-run home runs and 2-run double to lead the Sheboygan A’s to a 16-1 5-inning mercy-rule win over the Kenosha Kings in game two of their doubleheader Saturday.

The Sheboygan A’s scored the first five runs of the game; the Appleton Legends scored the last six. A 2-out, 3-run double by Carl Valk accounted for Appleton’s second 3-run inning that wiped out a Sheboygan A’s lead and gave the Legends a 6-5 Northeastern Wisconsin League win in Appleton Thursday night.
