Short Handed A’s Struggle Sunday

The A’s played a pair of non-league games against the Chicago Warriors on Sunday.

Chicago came away with a pair of wins, sweeping the set by scores of 13-7 and 14-7.

The A’s are now 19-17 overall for the season, and turn their attention back to league play beginning Tuesday night.

Tuesday, the A’s host the Milwaukee Heavy Hitters in Wisconsin State League action. Tuesday is Youth Baseball / Softball Night, presented by Cousins Subs. Kids from Sheboygan County baseball/softball teams who wear their jersey to the game will get a free general admission ticket to the game. Plus, fans can take advantage of the meal deal, where for just $4 you can get a hot dog, soda, and plain chips.

The Sheboygan A's are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League. The A's have helped develop more than 43 players that have reached professional baseball, including 2002 World Series Champion Jarrod Washburn (Anaheim Angels).
