The Sheboygan A’s finished “up” at the end of an up and down a Northeastern Wisconsin League game at Wildwood Park Friday night.

The final score was 10-7 in front of an enthusiastic Bud Light Night crowd.

Catcher Shane Ryan marked his return to the team with a 2-run first-inning home run and after Jacob Neese singled and moved up on errors, Jacoby Endreas knocked him in for the first of his five runs batted in for the night, with the first of his four hits for the night. The A’s were up 3-0 after one inning.

However, they were down 6-4 going into the bottom of the sixth, but this time Endreas doubled in two runs and the A’s were up again, 6-5.

Appleton took the lead again, but in the eighth the A’s put it away for good with four runs, TD Walker, Endreas (2), and Cooper Gosse knocking in the scores. Joey Pettie got the win in relief.

The A’s, now 5-4, host the Joliet Dirtbags Saturday at 5:30 PM and again Sunday at 11 AM in non-league doubleheaders.
