Marian announces winter camp dates

The Marian University Baseball Team has announced their winter camp dates for the 2012-2013. All camps will be held in the indoor baseball facility, Lenz Fieldhouse, on the Marian University campus. Camps will be instructed by Sheboygan A’s Hall of Famer and Marian University head coach Jason Bartelt, his coaching staff, coaches from around the area, and current Marian players.
Camps being offered this year include The Holiday Hitters Camp, ages 5-18 in two different sessions; ages 5-10 9:00-11:30AM and ages 11-18 12:30-3:00 both on Dec. 27th and 28th, Pitcher’s Camp (ages 5-10, Jan 27th , Feb 3rd and Feb 10th), Pitcher’s Camp (ages 12-18, Jan 27, Feb 3 and Feb 10), Spring Training Camp (ages 5-10, Jan 27th, Feb 3rd , Feb 10th), and Spring Training Camp (ages 11-18, Jan 27th, Feb 3rd, and Feb 10th)

The Sheboygan A's are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League. The A's have helped develop more than 43 players that have reached professional baseball, including 2002 World Series Champion Jarrod Washburn (Anaheim Angels).
