Winfield, Steldt Leads A’s Past Pewaukee 12-3

Brandon Winfield threw a 5-hitter and his
grateful teammates responded with 14 hits and a dozen runs to defeat the
Pewaukee Muskies 12-3 at Zirkel Field in West Allis Wednesday night.
The win puts the A’s at
3-1 for the season as they prepare for games at Manitowoc on Friday at Northern
Illinois on Saturday.
Harry Steldt was on base
five times with three hits, a walk and a hit by pitch. Dylan Detert, Wyatt
Olson, Nate Heili and Cole Miklavcic (MIK-LA-VIC) all had two hits.
The A’s scored five runs
in the first inning and never looked back.
The Sheboygan A's are members of the Wisconsin State League and Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League.
